Ascension were on hand to 2nd Unit Produce Drake Doremus' new feature Like Crazy. Starring Anton Yelchin, Felicity Jones and Jennifer Lawrence. With talent like that on board its sure to be a hit.

Virgin Media Shorts

So the Sign Language journey continues. It's now won the prestigious Virgin Media Shorts award. Meaning not only do we now have £30,000 to make another short but it will be shown in cinemas across the country. Have you seen it yet?

The Ascension co-produced short film Sign Langauge has picked up the Grand Prix at the Reed Short Film competition. We couldn't be happier with the award or how the film is being appreciated by pretty much everyone who watches it. You can see it for yourself here

Gallows

UK punk pioneers Gallows have released their major label debut album 'Grey Britain'. The album features a 25 minute film produced by Ascension that tells the story of 'The Vulture', a youth abused by the system who wreaks the ultimate revenge. The Guardian calls the film 'Unremittingly Horrible'. We couldn't be happier.

The Ascension co-produced video "Fire Fire" by Jamie T has been nominated for Best Budget Video - Rock/Indie/Alternate at this year's UK Music Video Awards. Watch it here
