The King Blues: "Let's Hang the Landlord"

Trying to shoot a music video in one take when it includes 4 sets and 30 extras is not easy. Trying to build the sets, choreograph the video and shoot the thing all in 5 days is close to impossible. At least it would be if it wasn't for the fact that everybody involved worked their hearts out to produce something great.

Bring me the Horizon - The Comedown

Possibly the most incredible music video ever filmed in Rotherham will be unleashed upon the world soon. The hype machine is already in overdrive with magazines fighting each other to get the on set exclusive and rumours of awards already bandied about. The world isn't ready...

Okami - Wii

Okami is quite simply an incredible game. Capcom are an incredible company. So imagine our delight when we were contacted to produce 5 trailers for the Wii version of the game.

Shine a light premiere

Ascension was on hand to document the Rolling Stones Premiere in Leicester Square for (heart) productions and 20th Century Fox. From the set up at 6am, through the star studded red carpet extravaganza and on to midnight when the last piece of equipment came down. Watch the video (coming soon) to see the amount of work that goes into one of these decadent events.

PC retail awards

Ascension are hoping that by providing all of the graphics and video coverage of the upcoming PC Retail awards at the Cafe Royal in March we will be able to blag ourselves a sweet new laptop.

Squeeballs!

It may not mean anything to you yet, but just you wait.

Bring me the Horizon…

...are an insane band. So insane that the best way people have found to describe them so far is by calling them Deathcore! Sounds like a Roger Corman movie. Anyway, when they headlined the Astoria recently Ascension were on hand to document the carnage. Keep your eyes peeled for the most violent DVD of the year (unless Chuck Norris releases an exercise video) coming soon.

The Lady and the Cripple

Ascension are about to go into production on a short movie entitled "The Lady and the Cripple". A nice little genre piece about two people trying to escape a zombie epidemic in London. For no other reason than we had a couple of weekends spare and Zombies are too awesome for words. A production diary will go live shortly.

Ascension

is a collective of close friends who share a lifelong passion for all things music, film and videogame related. A small but obscenely talented bunch of producers, directors, writers, and editors whose work is a product of a love for media.
In our spare time we are gamers, DJs, musicians, blogwriters, and fanboys. We are the target audience. We don't speak in marketing terms and we don't wear suits.

If you want your product to reach the right audience then let us share our ideas with you. Chances are we'll be the first in line to buy it.
